STORIES GALORE - the web page where you can
print off short stories!
Welcome! The objective of this web page is to entertain you - my friends and I have written short, fun stories (and poems, and book reviews, and anything else that takes our fancy, for that matter!) for you to print
out and read. No large, time wasting pictures, just fun stories.
So what are you waiting for? Choose a title and print it off! (each story, or part of story, should be about a page long, ish, when you print it out)
The next four links are all one story - broken up into chapters - so first read part 1, then part 2, and so on. They are about four children, Alan, 12, Sophie and Jane, twins at 10, and Chris, 9. They discover a secret trapdoor, but don't like what they find at the other end . . .
All the stories here, written by us children, wouldn't have been written if we didn't enjoy books so much. Here is a list of book review - most written for a homework or competition. Try these books! (Some may be out of print - if we find out any are out of print, we will tell you!)
(If you want to make your own website, click the right button on your mouse, and click on 'View Source'. From there, you can work out how to make a website! I found that the book from the Activators series, Your Own Website, is also useful, but it's out of print, so you'll have to get it from the library! Also, CreateAWebSite, for beginners, from WHSmith is good. £6.)
